Your Right to Data Deletion

Under applicable data protection laws — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and other regional regulations — you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold.

CoreCodery Website Account

If you have an account on corecodery.com, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

What We Will Delete

Your account credentials and profile information
Your username from the profiles table
Newsletter subscription data (if subscribed)
Any contact form messages associated with your email

How to Request

Send an email to support@corecodery.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request — Website”. Include the email address associated with your account.

Mobile Apps (Pill Timer, IF Helper, Click Doo)

Locally Stored Data

Our apps store most data locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by:

Using the “Reset Data” option in the app settings (if available).
Uninstalling the app from your device.

No server-side request is needed for locally stored data.

Firebase Telemetry (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance)

Our mobile apps use Google Firebase for diagnostic telemetry. This data is associated with a per-device Firebase Installation ID (also called App Instance ID) rather than any personal identifier. Default retention follows Firebase's settings:

Firebase Analytics — up to 14 months.
Firebase Crashlytics — up to 90 days.
Firebase Performance — up to 90 days for raw events.
FCM token / Installation ID — retained while the app is installed on your device.

Fastest way to reset your Firebase identifiers

Uninstall and reinstall the app. A new Firebase Installation ID and a new FCM token are generated on reinstall, detaching new telemetry events from your previous device identity. Any telemetry already collected will still age out per the retention periods above.

To formally request deletion of Firebase telemetry associated with your device (for example, to exercise GDPR or CCPA deletion rights), email support@corecodery.com with:

The app name (e.g., Pill Timer, IF Helper, Click Doo)
Your device platform (iOS / Android)
Your Firebase Installation ID if known (optional — lets us delete more precisely)

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion. We will notify you once the deletion is complete.

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited data as required by law, including:

Records required for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance.
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
Data necessary to resolve pending disputes or enforce our agreements.
