1. Copyright Ownership

All content on corecodery.com and CoreCodery mobile applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, source code, blog articles, and game assets — is the property of CoreCodery or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

CoreCodery respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other specific location on our Services where the material can be found.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with applicable law, CoreCodery has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

6. Open-Source and Blog Content

Some content on our website, such as blog articles and open-source code examples, may be shared under specific licenses. Where a license is specified, the terms of that license apply. You may share links to articles and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution to CoreCodery.
