IF Helper is only a time-tracking and history tool. It does not provide medical advice, does not monitor your health, and cannot detect complications. The app lets you log time intervals and view your own history — nothing more. It does not instruct, recommend, or encourage any particular fasting regimen, and it does not assess whether any practice is safe or appropriate for you.

Nothing within this application constitutes, or is intended to constitute, professional medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice of any kind. All information presented is general and for your own reference only.

Fasting carries health risks, and water fasting or extended fasting carry additional risks including electrolyte imbalance, refeeding syndrome, and organ damage. These should only be undertaken under direct medical supervision. You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, modifying, or discontinuing any fasting or dietary practice.

IF Helper is NOT suitable for, and should not be used by, individuals in any of the following categories without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
• Anyone under 18 years of age
• Individuals with diabetes (type 1 or type 2) or other blood-sugar conditions
• Individuals with a current or historical eating disorder
• Individuals taking medication that interacts with fasting
• Individuals with any underlying medical condition that may be affected by changes in food intake

By using IF Helper, you expressly acknowledge that:

• Fasting carries health risks that vary by individual
• The app does not assess your personal health suitability and cannot detect complications
• Outcomes from any fasting practice are not guaranteed
• You must stop using the app and seek medical attention immediately if you feel unwell
• You assume full and sole responsibility for every health decision made in connection with your use of this application

This acknowledgement forms a material part of the agreement between you and CoreCodery.

YOU USE IF HELPER ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreCodery and its developers, contributors, and distributors expressly disclaim all liability — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Any health outcome, injury, illness, or medical complication arising from use of the app
• Any decision, action, or inaction you take based on information displayed in the app
• Notifications that are delayed, absent, or inaccurate
• Loss, corruption, or permanent deletion of your data
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the service

CoreCodery is not liable for any outcome, injury, or decision made based on IF Helper. The app is a tool only — it is not a medical service, it does not monitor your health, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

The total aggregate liability of CoreCodery, where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory local law, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application (which is zero for the free tier).

All data generated within IF Helper resides exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. This design preserves your privacy but means the developers have no technical ability to assist with data recovery under any circumstances.

You understand and irrevocably accept that uninstalling the application, clearing application data, or device failure constitutes a permanent and unrecoverable deletion of all associated records. Maintaining adequate device backups is entirely your responsibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of this application, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

IF Helper is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The application is NOT intended for, and may not be used by, minors under the age of 18 under any circumstance — including with parental or guardian supervision.

This age restriction exists because intermittent fasting and extended fasting carry health risks that may be particularly significant for developing bodies. Any decision for a minor to undertake fasting should be made exclusively under the direct supervision of a qualified healthcare professional, and outside of this application.

By installing and using IF Helper, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will deny access to the application.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the application. Your continued use of IF Helper following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy accessible within the application, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developers with respect to your use of IF Helper and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
